Physical activity


The benefits of the practice of physical activity
are widely recognized. According to the World Health Organization,
physical activity reduces the risk of premature death from cardiovascular disease,
type II diabetes, also reduces depression and anxiety,
helps control body weight, reduce blood pressure,
to maintain health and proper functioning of the musculature system,
improve mobility and promote psychological well-being.
